In 2019, I took a significant step to follow my passion for nutrition, training as a Nutrition Advisor at the Natural Healthcare College in Kent. My journey progressed in 2020 when I furthered my studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, enriching my knowledge of the transformative power of nutrition on mental and physical health.

What to expect when working with me
Before we start working together, you’ll be asked to fill out a comprehensive health questionnaire and maintain a 7-day food diary.
During our initial consultation, we’ll go over your health history to form a complete understanding of your wellness journey. To gain deeper insight into your symptoms, I may recommend additional functional tests, which can be conveniently delivered to your home.
You’ll receive a fully personalised plan that includes tailored nutrition and lifestyle guidance, as well as supplements if needed. Each week, we’ll assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your plan remains effective and aligned with your goals.
I COLLABORATE WITH A HOLISTIC TEAM THAT OFFERS SERVICES SUCH AS ACUPUNCTURE, REFLEXOLOGY, AND CHIROPRACTIC CARE.
